CTMS is a series of products of the network products that are remotely managed by the Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) through the TR-069 (Technical Report 069) protocol. It solves the large amount of CPE equipment and IP. The management business problem is not fixed, such as the address is not fixed. The focus is on the management of grouping, configuration,  configuration backup, and remote upgrade of CPE equipment in the network, which effectively reduces network maintenance costs and improves network management efficiency.

The current CTMS version implements centralized remote management of a large number of CPE devices in the WAN through management functions such as device grouping, configuration, upgrade, diagnostics, performance monitoring, alarms, and permissions. The terminal management system adopts a friendly and fully graphical interface, which is easy to operate and use.

As an integrated network management platform, CTMS has the following characteristics:

• Based on the industry-standard TR-069 protocol, it can manage devices that support the TR-069 protocol.
• Support dynamic IP, which is not directly related to device IP. The device OUI (manufacturer’s OUI) and serial number are used as unique indexes.
• Supports automatic discovery of CPE devices that can access CTMS and configures them.
• Support for manually adding CPE devices and automatically updating their CPE device attribute values after going online.
• Supports the pre-configuration of the same type of CPE device. After the CPE is online, the configuration is automatically performed.
• Provides functions such as device group management, configuration template management, upgrade software library management, and user management.
• With online help function, users can query relevant information at any time during the operation of CTMS terminal management system, instead of written manual, provide a task-oriented help information query environment.
• Adopt a widely used C/S structure, and connect the client and server through LAN or WAN
